A Commitment to Safety Standards
At KNG Mechanical, we are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. All newly hired employees are instructed to read and sign the employee safety handbook prior to beginning work. This handbook covers all aspects of contractor safety.
We use the MCAA toolbox safety system. A different MCAA safety talk is given to employees on a weekly basis. We have a full-time safety director. We comply with all OSHA regulations and an OSHA 200 is posted in all break areas.
We require personal protective equipment for our employees, including hard hats, eye protection, ear protection, and steel toe shoes. We do not allow loose clothing or jewelry. We have a safety incentive program for all full-time employees.
